Return Policy
Sham perfume accepts returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, whether you changed your mind or the item arrived damaged. Return it at our store or by post - both are free. Every return starts with "Request Return" on the Track Order page. Exchanges are not accepted; returns are for refund only.
Return Eligibility
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened with the original label attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrances (due to hygiene regulations)
- Products with the label removed or damaged
- Items returned without original packaging
Incorrectly Shipped Products
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return at our expense. Please submit a return request via the Track Order page within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged we accept it back and claim compensation from the courier on your behalf. You do not have to contact the courier yourself.
An unboxing video is required. Film one unbroken video from the sealed parcel through to the item being revealed, showing the shipping label clearly. This is the only evidence the courier accepts for a damage claim, and without it we cannot file one. Record it before you open the bottle - the item must stay unopened to qualify for return.
The courier's claim takes 7-14 days to settle. We tell you as soon as it is decided and your refund is issued after that. This is the one case where a refund takes longer than the usual 3 business days, and the reason for it sits with the courier rather than with us.
Return Process
- Submit a request: Go to the Track Order page and select "Request Return". If the item is damaged, attach your unboxing video - it is required for the courier claim.
- We review within 3 business days: You will be notified by email once a decision is made.
- Return the item: Once approved, we email you a prepaid return label - download it, print it, and drop the parcel off at the courier. Or bring the item to our store with no label. Both are free.
- Inspection: We inspect the item after receiving it.
- Refund issued: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to the same payment source. For damaged items this follows the courier claim (7-14 days).
Refund Method
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard): Refunded to the original card. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
- FPX Online Banking: Refunded to the originating bank account within 3 business days
- E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay): Refunded to the original e-wallet account within 3 business days
- Buy Now Pay Later (ShopBack PayLater, GrabPay PayLater): Refunded according to the provider's refund schedule
All refunds are processed through HitPay, our payment gateway.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for approved returns. Sham perfume covers the return shipping cost. A shipping label will be sent via email after approval.
In-Store Returns
You may also return items in person at our store, free and without waiting for a courier. Bring the item in its original packaging along with your order number during business hours.

Request Return

Get Approval

Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3 business days. For damaged items, after the courier claim settles (7-14 days).
